Pricing questions

Is $50 a room the final price?
That is the rate for a professional steam clean of a standard room. If you want the whole house done, or you have stairs, landings or an unusual layout, ask for a free quote and we will give you the number up front.
What counts as a pane?
Each individual pane of glass is $2, and screens are cleaned along with the windows. If you are not sure how to count yours, send a couple of photos with your quote request and we will do the counting.
Why does soft water matter?
Hard water leaves mineral deposits behind and can damage what it dries on. We run soft water on every job, which is how we get a deeper clean on carpet and a spot free finish on glass.
Can I book windows and carpet together?
Yes, and it is the easiest way to do it. Pick "both" on the quote form and we will schedule them into a single visit.
